Matt is the founder and CEO of Orca, whose origination systems have sourced more than $720 million in closed transactions. His work has supported over 250 M&A professionals over seven years, serving investment banks, private equity funds, family offices and advisory firms across North America, the UK and Europe.

He founded OutFlow in 2019 and sold its client book and team to a European M&A origination group in 2025. Earlier, he co-founded Digital Kryptonite, grew the business to multiple seven figures in revenue and sold it within eighteen months to a Los Angeles growth-consulting firm. He then served as CEO of the combined company. The two exits took place within six years.

Selected experience & results

$60M+ specialty-chemical sale

Working for Corporate Finance Associates, Orca sourced the seller and ran a targeted process that led to a Texas private-equity buyer. The transaction closed about nine months after the first outreach.

$49.5M healthcare staffing transaction

Orca sourced the buyer for American HealthCare Capital through a single outreach conversation. The transaction closed roughly 20% above the original valuation target.

Infrastructure platform and add-on acquisition

For Ashbridge Partners, Orca’s work led to an infrastructure platform acquisition in Mississauga and a $10M-plus-revenue add-on in Atlantic Canada. Both were completed within eighteen months for a Toronto family office.
