Zackary Thornberg leads the firm’s client work, drawing on his experience building a national business brokerage. He works with clients on the acquisition thesis and capital plan, with continued involvement in the business’s growth after closing and through exit.

Before Lotus, Zack built Legacy Business Brokers into a national network of more than 30 offices, with over $60 million in closed transaction value. He has hired, trained and managed more than 100 sales professionals across solar energy, SaaS, home security and M&A.

Zack has competed at the Pokémon World Championships and earned multiple top-eight finishes at regional championships. The Phoenix New Times first profiled him at fourteen, after a regional championship win. He is the father of four daughters.
